SIMPLIFIED SHREDDING AND CONFIDENTIAL DOCUMENT PICK-UP

We know that dealing with your sensitive paperwork can be overwhelming so we make it a straightforward, convenient process. Our scheduled pick-ups work with your schedule or business needs. In addition to paper, we can also destroy most office materials, including staples and paper clips, so you don’t have to remove them! We also can destroy floppy disks. However, our machines cannot shred hard metals such as large binder clips or metal hanging folders.

How It Works

First, we pick up and transport your documents with our secure truck. We bring your documents to our secure processing facility where we shred and bale all the paper. We then personally transport bales to Waste Management in Sechelt, who then ships the paper to Vancouver for final recycling. 

Our packages and services are straightforward:

  1. We provide your secure lock box: a 32-gallon plastic rolling cart (100 lb. capacity) measuring 19’’W x 22’’D x 37’’H.
  2. Choose one of our regularly scheduled pick-ups: every 2, 4 or 8 weeks. 
  3. Fill your lock box at your own convenience.
  4. Your lock box will be picked up and emptied into our secure truck at your location.
  5. Upon your request, we will gladly supply a “Certificate of Destruction” after your documents have been destroyed. This ensures the security of your documents while in our possession.

We also offer one-time pickups. Call or email to let us know what you need.

Pricing

Prices for 2, 4, and 8 weeks of pick-up service are for a 6-month minimum contract. This cost includes the use of our 32 gallon lock box, which holds 100+ lbs of paper.

Scheduled pick-ups:

  • Scheduled service (every 2 weeks): $60 per pickup
  • Scheduled service (every 4 weeks): $70 per pickup
  • Scheduled service (every 8 weeks): $80 per pickup


One time pick-ups:

  • Regular pick-up: $85 for up to 100 lbs, and 0.60 cents per lb over 100 lbs
  • Minimum pick-up: $50 for up to 50 lbs 

 

An extra charge is incurred for lock boxes not accessible to our truck (e.g. upstairs, down hallways, etc.) Please call for details.

Please note, there is no reduction in cost if you choose to drop off your documents at our facility instead of getting them picked up.
